6 Weeks of Weekly Coaching

Six weeks of weekly coaching built around clear goals and specific action steps, it is especially well-suited for moms dealing with ADHD overwhelm, decision fatigue, or anxiety spikes that are making daily life harder than it needs to be.

Twelve weeks of ongoing coaching with between-session support built in, built for moms managing ongoing anxiety, depression, ADHD, or motherhood stress who need a steady, accountable presence alongside them across a longer stretch of real life.

Pregnancy Support Package

12 Weeks Throughout Pregnancy

Specifically for expectant moms who want real emotional support throughout pregnancy. Twelve weeks of one-on-one coaching covering anxiety during pregnancy, birth preparation, identity shifts, and the emotional groundwork for the postpartum period. If you are pregnant and the emotional side of it is not getting the attention it needs, this is built for that.

Postpartum Reset Package

16 Weeks of Focused Support

The most sustained option Melissa offers. Sixteen weeks of focused postpartum coaching with priority between-session support, built for moms in the first year postpartum who are in survival mode and ready to actually move out of it. If postpartum anxiety, identity loss, or emotional overwhelm has been running your daily life, this package gives you the time and the consistent presence to do real work on it.
