A typical initial session is focused on getting to know you — what’s working in your life, what isn’t, and where you’re feeling stuck. From there, we’ll begin creating a practical plan to support you in moving forward. Follow-up sessions focus on putting that plan into action while also making space for where you are in the moment. We’ll adjust as needed, work through challenges as they come up, and make sure you’re getting the support you need in real time.
